RiseMart operates as a technology platform connecting business owners and employees. We do not control pricing, guarantee business outcomes, or act as a financial institution unless explicitly stated.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account. Unauthorized access must be reported immediately.
5. Subscriptions & Payments
Certain features require an active subscription. All fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable unless required by law. Failure to pay may result in suspension of services.
6. User Conduct
You agree not to misuse the platform, engage in fraudulent activities, upload harmful content, or violate applicable laws. Violations may result in permanent account termination.
7. Intellectual Property
All platform content including branding, design, software, and materials are owned by RiseMart and may not be copied or redistributed without written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
RiseMart shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of revenue, service interruptions, or disputes between users. Use of the platform is at your own risk.
